摘  要:21-4N钢在1210~1250℃加热时,不同程度地出现晶粒粗化、晶界被M2N和M7C3弱化的过热组织特征,温度愈高,过热程度愈大。过热后,不适当的锻造加工温度范围促使锻造裂纹的形成,锻造裂纹起源于锻坯表面,沿大晶粒间界扩展。The overheat structure which appears as coarse-grained texture and weakening to grain boundaries presented by M2N and M7C3 is occurred at cettain degree for a 21-4N steel heated during 1210-1250℃. The higher the temperature, the lareer the overheat dogree. Due to overheat, the forsing processing at imp:oper temperature range can impel the forming of forging crack9 which stemmed from surface of forged stock and spread along boundaries between Iarger grains.
