灵苓胶囊对小鼠特异性抗体和肿瘤坏死因子产生以及抗S_（180）肉瘤的作用

摘　　要：本文报道灵苓胶囊对Ｂａｌｂ／ｃ小鼠能明显提高血清特异性抗体凝集效价，显著促进腹腔巨噬细胞在细菌内毒素诱导下产生肿瘤坏死因子。此外，对小鼠Ｓ１８０肉瘤具有较强的抑制作用，与环磷酸胺合用能提高其抑瘤率。Immunomodulation effect of Ling-Ling Capsule of antibody production of mouse B lymphocyte and activity of tumor necrosis factor of mouse macrophageas well as anti-S180 sarcoma were studied.It was proved that there were significantlyincreasing in antibody titer and activity of tumor necrosis factor.In addition,there was obviously enhancing antitumor effect on S180 sarcoma, and it could elevate antitumor activity with cyclophosphamide.
