抗鸡传染性支气管炎病毒单克隆抗体的临床应用研究

摘　　要：采用纯化的抗鸡传染性支气管炎病毒（ＩＢＶ）多抗作为第一抗体，抗ＩＢＶ单克隆抗体作为第二抗体，应用ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法诊断鸡ＩＢＶ病。以多抗包被浓度为１：８０稀释，单抗１：４稀释，显色反应时间３０ｍｉｎ为最佳工作条件。该方法快速、简便、准确、特异性强。ＩＢＶ发病鸡服用１：１０稀释的单抗１ｍｌ／羽一次后有良好治疗效果。健康鸡服用单抗后无任何变态反应。初步建立了抗ＩＢＶ单克隆抗体制剂及安全的治疗方法与诊断系统。With purified anti-IBV IgG from rabbit acting as the first antibody, McAb to IBV acting as the second antibody, a double-antibody sandwich ELISA was established to diagnose IBV. The best working parameters were as follows: polyclonal antibody IgG coating concentration 1: 80 diluted; McAb 1: 40 diluted; colour developing time 30 min.It's a quick, convinent, effective and specific method to detect IBV. The sick chicken could be cured by taking McAbs (1 : 10) 1ml per chicken one time, and the healthy chicken haven't any hypersensitive reaction after taking the McAbs. By using the McAb preparation, a safe remedy system and diagnosis method have been set up.
