人与多种动物胰腺底物抗原检测胰岛细胞抗体的比较研究

摘　　要：胰岛细胞抗体（Ｉｓｌｅｔｃｅｌｌａｎｔｉｂｏｄｙ．ＩＣＡ）是一种胰岛细胞胞浆抗体。本文比较研究ｏ型血成人胰腺与五种动物胰腺（大鼠、猫、猪、狗和豚鼠）作为抗原底物检测胰岛素依赖型（Ｉ型）糖尿病患者ＩＣＡ阳性血清的敏感性和特异性。结果表明大鼠、猪与猫的胰腺作为抗原底物可检测到Ⅰ型糖尿病患者中ＩＣＡ强阳性血清（＞４０ＪＤＦ单位），其中以大鼠胰腺抗原的敏感性最强，有可能替代成人胰腺抗原底物进行ＩＣＡ检测，如鼠胰底物的假阳性与假阴性反应能被排除。The sensitivity and specificity of assaying the ICA positive sera of insulin de pendent(type 1)diabetic patients with pancreatic tissue of blood group O adult per son and several animals(rat,cat, pig and guinea pig)as antigen substrate were com paratively studied.The results demonstrated that the pancreases of rat, pig and catcould be usen as antigen substrate to assay the ICA positive sera(>40 JDF units)of type 1 diabeiics,the sensitivity of rat pancreatic substrate was most strong inparticular,and it might be used as a substitute for adult person’s pancreas for assay ing ICA,only if the pseudo positive and pseudo negative reaction of rat pancreaticsubstrate could be ruled out.
