禾本科腥黑粉菌的研究──Ⅰ．六月禾腥黑粉菌

摘　　要：腥黑粉菌是禾本科植物的重要病原菌。利用美国进口的六月禾种子中截获的腥黑粉菌为材料，通过形态观察和萌发生理研究，明确了六月禾腥黑粉菌的形态特征、冬孢子萌发特性，并将该菌鉴定为菰草腥黑粉菌Ｔｉｌｌｅｔｉａｆｕｓｃａ。本文还首次报道了六月禾腥黑粉菌冬孢子萌发可以产生多个先菌丝及先菌丝“异常”伸长及分校均与蔗糖浓度有关。Tilletia species are economically important pathogens on grasses. This paper reports teliospore morphology, and germination of a bunt fungus intercepted from Poa pratensis from USA, which was identified as Tilletia fusca. It is first time to report that more than 2 promycelia are produced from the same telioapore of T. fusca on Poa pratensis and both the phenomena of abnormal growth and branch of promycelium are related to sucrose concentration.
