太子参病毒病的防治途径

摘　　要：太子参以种根无性繁殖，病毒病逐渐加重，产量损失在２５％～４０％，对种苗进行各种类型热处理都无法脱毒；热处理结合茎尖培养能有效地脱除病毒；试验发现，太子参种子不传毒，其实生苗遗传性状稳定，增产效果与茎尖脱毒苗相近，可达４０％；利用１％口针油（Ｍｉｎｅｒａｌｏｉｌ）＋０．１％敌杀死（Ｄｅｌｔａｍｅｔｈｒｉｎ）能有效防治病毒再侵染，防病效果可达８０％。Taizhishen(Pseudostellaria heterophylla)is for long propagated vegetatively by tubers,which are often totally infected with one or more debilitating viruses with a result of losing about 25%～40% yield.Thermotherapy(heat water or hot air treatments)can't eliminate viruses in infected-tubers,but the viruses can be successfully eliminated by the integration of thermotherpy and meristem tip culture.The results of experiment showed that the seedlings raised from seeds was virus-free,genetically stable and would give high yield,but they were easily reinfected by vector transmission and so resulted in serious damage in fields.Aphid-stylet oil(1%)combined with Diets(0.1%)was tested in greenhouse,this mixture could effectively inhibit aphid transimission of TuMV,the control effect was over 80%.
