摘  要:上海郊区某两猪场自1994年初起不断有少量仔猪死亡,经诊断为猪瘟持续感染(亚临床隐性感染)。对发病舍的母猪和仔猪应用PPA-ELISA检测系统重点检测其血清猪瘟抗体水平,表明有8.3%的母猪和相当数量的仔猪抗体效价处于低水平状态。普查表明,在1158头母猪中OD值小于0.5的有57头,占4.92%。用4头份的猪瘟疫苗对抗体水平低的母猪进行强化免疫,一个月后检测其抗体效价;再用6头份的猪瘟疫苗对抗体效价水平仍然低的母猪进行强化免疫,一个月后再测抗体效价,此时仍有7头母猪的猪瘟抗体效价很低,于是,将其扑杀。经一段时间的观察,结果显示猪瘟已获得控制,再未见有仔猪死于猪瘟。Since the beginning of 1994,a few piglets died continually in two large pig farms in Shanghai suburbs,their death was diagnosed as due to subclinical hog cholera virus (HCV)infection.The HC serum antibodies of dams and piglets in the HCV-infected pig beds were detected by PPA-ELISA systematically,the results indicated that the serum antibody levels were very low for 8.3 percent of the dams and quite a lot of the piglets.Then the sera of 1158 dams were examined,and the optical density(OD)values were below 0.5 for 57 dams(4.92%).The dams with low antibody levels were immunized again with a 4priming se HCV vaccine,the serum antibodies were detected one month later.For the dams with still low antibody levels through the above inoculation,a 6-priming dose HCV vaccine was applied for the third time.About one month later,the antibody levels were detected,and at this time,there were still quite a few dams with very low HC antibody levels,these dams were slaughtered.No HCV infection occurred thereafter in the two farms through a period of observation.
