金黄仓鼠（Mesocricetus　auratus）超数排卵程序的优化

摘　　要：用ＰＭＳＧ和ＨＣＧ对金黄仓鼠进行超数排卵（简称超排）处理，通过４因子３水平的正交试验选出了最佳超排程序：在发情周期的第１天和第４天下午１７：４０时（间隔７２ｈ）分别注射２５ＩＵ的ＰＭＳＧ和ＨＣＧ，于ＨＣＧ注射后１６ｈ冲卵。采用这个最佳超排程序，平均排卵数为６８．５±３．０枚。结果还表明，右侧卵巢比左侧平均多排卵１．８７枚。PMSG and HCG were used to stimulate golden hamster to superovulate in this study.Through the orthogonal experiment with 4 test factors at 3 levels each,an optimized protocol was designed as follows.25 IU of PMSG was subcutaneously injected at 5:40 P.M.on the first day in some estrous cycle and an administration of 25 IU HCG was made on the fourth day(just 72 hours later).The ova were flushed out of the oviduct 16 hours after administration of HCG.The ovulation rate was 68.5±3.0 when this optimized protocol was applied.It was also shown that the ovulation rate of the right ovary was 1.87more than that of the left one.
