摘 要:对15个杂交晚粳稻组合和8个亲本的杂种优势、配合力及通径分析表明,F1的谷重优势和草重优势明显,其优势主要来自父母互作。在经济性状中,优势最强的是每穗总粒数和实粒数,并主要受恢复系的影响。株高主要受不育系影响。谷重的一般配合力,在不育系中以88122A表现最好,8204A则表现有较高的特殊配合力方差;而在恢复系中以R161和R254较高。相关分析和通径分析结果表明,与单株谷重遗传相关显著的性状有草重、穗数、谷草比和每穗实粒数,其中对单株谷重贡献最大的为每穗实粒数。This paper describes the analysis of heterosis,combining ability and path coefficients for 8 rice varieties and their 15 hybrids respectively. The results obtained showed that heteroses of grain weight and dry plant weight were significant in F1,and mainly derived from parents'interaction. Among the yield characters,grains per panicle and number of filled grains showed the strongest heteroses which mainly derived from restorer lines,but the plant height heterosis was affected by male sterile lines. The analysis of combining ability indicated that 88122A had the highest general combining ability,8204A had higher specific combining ability, among the restorer lines, both R161 and R254 revealed higher general combining ability. The results of correlation analysis and path analysis showed that dry weight of plant, number of panicles, grain weight/plant weight and grains per panicle had significant correlation with grain weight per plant,among which the filled grain number per panicle was a more important character.
