摘 要:本文运用制冷系统热动力学观点和动态分布参数方法,对HFC134a车用空调冷凝器建立了动态分布参数模型,并考虑HFC134a的传热和压降特性。运用冷凝器数学模型预测了HFC134a冷凝器的变工况运行性能。并进行了相应的同工况试验验证。计算及试验结果表明,运用本文所提出的模型进行计算与实验结果符合较好,为HFC134a替代R12应用到新的汽车空调系统中提供基础试验数据和理论分析依据。On account of heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of HFC134a,a dynamic distributed model of HFC134a condenser for automobile A/C system is developed, with the help of thermodynamics viewpoint of Refrigeration System and distributed-parameter method. Performance prediction of HFCl34a condenser under variable operation conditions had been carried out, and corresponding verification was finished through experiments. The test results show that, the prediction and calculation data are in good agreement with test results, furthermoe, basic test data and theoretical analysis guarantee the substitution of R12 with HFCl34a in automobile A/C systems.
