克拉霉素的体外抗菌作用

摘　　要：测试克拉霉素对166株临床分离的革兰阳性和阴性菌的体外抗菌活性,并与其他8种抗生素进行对比。克拉霉素对肺炎球菌的抗菌活性和红霉素相似,前者的MIC_(50)及MIC_(90)分别为0.015mg/L和0.01mg/L,后者的MIC_(50)及MIC_(90)分别为0.015mg/L和0.03/L。克拉霉素对非产酶金葡菌的作用比红霉素约强8倍。0.5mg/L的本品即能抑制90％的各组链球菌,对流感杆菌的抑菌率也高这95％。结果表明克拉霉素的抗菌作用明显优于其他大环内酯类抗生素。The in-vitro activity of clarithromycin against 166 Gram positive and Gram negative clinical isolates was studied and compared with that of other 8 antibiotics including erythromycin. The in vitro activity of clarithromycin agaisnt ;Streptococcus pneumoniae was similar to that of erythromycin, MIC50 and MIC90 being 0.015mg/L and 0.08mg/L, respectively. The activity of clarithromycin against non-/3-lactamases producing Stapylococcus aureus was about 8 times higher than that of erythromycin. 90% of Streptococcus strains and 95% of Haemopilus influenzae strains could be inhibited by 0.5mg/L of the drug, The results indicate that the activity of clarithromyan is obviously better than that of other inacrolides tested.
