犬蠕形螨的致病性研究

摘　　要：用犬蠕形螨病的皮肤刮取物，直接接种在Ｂｅａｇｌｅ犬的皮肤上，获得８条犬蠕形螨病的病理模型，另加７条患蠕形螨病严重的犬，共１５条犬进行犬蠕形螨的病理研究，经病理解剖观察病犬的皮肤、内脏的病理组织学变化得到以下结论：毛囊口为蠕形螨侵入皮肤的主要通道。螨沿毛发进入毛囊底部，前端朝下，一个毛囊内可见到不同生活史期的螨，螨主要集结在毛囊底部，单个毛囊内一般有３条以上的螨，最多的见到１７条；螨以刺吸毛囊上皮细胞内容物为食物以致毛囊上皮细胞萎缩、角化毛囊扩张和皮肤黑色素沉着。犬蠕形螨病区分为局部型和全身型，局部型是犬的面部和脚部特别在眼和嘴的周围有少量的鳞状丘疹，全身型是丘疹从脸部开始扩张至头部、四肢、躯干，接着出现细菌继发感染、皮肤结痂、化脓、出血，严重的致死。The contrived skin scrapings with Demodex canis collceted from lesions were transmitted to the skin of Beagle dogs,thus the experimental pathological models of demodioidosis canis were successfully established. Appending 7 already severely affected Beagle dogs to 8 models altogether 15 dogs with demodectio manage the stndy of pathology of disease were earried out. After the skin and viscera of the dogs were investigated, the observation of the pathological ohanges could be concluded as follows: probably the hair follicles are the major passage where the organisms attacked and penetrated the skin. The mites crawl along the hair and invade the follicles. The whole life cycle of the mite, including ovum, larva, nymph and adult, is completed all in the hair follicles. The mites mainly accumulated at base of the follicles usually with their heads downward. Majority of the cases more toan 3 mites were found in a single folliele, the maxium in this stndy is 17. The mites feed on the fullicular epithelium with their ohelicerae stabbed at these cells.They ingest the cell contents and cause the epithelial atophy, keratosis, folliole distension and pigmentation of the skin.Two clinioal conditions are distingnished,a localised and generalised demodicosis.In localised demodieosis a small numberof squamous patohes develop on the face and foot ospecially aroud the eye and mouth. Generalised demodicosis begins on the face and foot and spreads to the head, legs and trunk. Secondary infections with baoteria follow and crused, pyogenic,haemorrhagic lesions develop on much of the body. This condition is difficult to treat and may terminate fatally.
