豚鼠心脏CGRP－IR神经元的免疫组织化学研究

摘　　要：应用免疫组织化学技术（ＰＡＰ法）观察了豚鼠心脏房间隔等部位的降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）的免疫反应性变化。结果表明，豚鼠房间隔内存在大量ＣＧＲＰ免疫反应（ＣＧＲＰ－ＩＲ）神经纤维和少量神经元胞体。左心室内亦存在少量免疫反应神经纤维。房间隔心肌和心内膜内的免疫反应神经纤维表现出不同的形态特征。结果提示豚鼠心脏内存在两种来源和性质不同的ＣＧＲＰ－ＩＲ神经纤维，其中至少一种是来源于房间隔心肌内的ＣＧＲＰ－ＩＲ神经细胞体。The immunoreactivity of the calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in the interatrial septum(IAS) and left ventricle(LV) of the guinea pig was studied by immunohistochemical technique(PAP method) .The results revealled that plenty of CGRP immunoreactive( CGRP-IR) nerve fibers and a few cell bodies were located in the IAS.The characteristics of the CGRP-IR nerve fibers in the myocardium of the IAS were different from that in the endocardium of the LAS. This is the first time to show that there were CGRP-IR cell bodies in the IAS. This indicated that there were two kinds of CGRP-IR nerve fibers with different origins.It was supposed that one was sensory nerve fibers and the other was motor nerve fibers.However,one of which,at least,came from CGRP-IR cell bodies in the myocardium of the IAS.
