摘  要:利用酶分析法测定果糖-1,6-二磷酸(FDP)及其水针剂的稳定性。结果:Y=0.008+1.103c,r=0.9998(n=3):准确度为99.99±2.57%(n=5):天内、天间的RSD分别为0.70%和1.10%(n=4):且不受葡萄糖、果糖的干扰;经40℃加速试验,强光照射试验及高温试验,FDP水针剂的稳定性均好。结论:本法的准确度高、专一性好;我们试制的PDP水针剂稳定性好,具有应用价值,值得开发。An enzymatic assay was studied to determine fructose-1, 6-diphosphate(FDP)and the stability of 10%FDP solution for infusion. Results:Y= 0. 008+1.103c,r= 0.999 8(n=3);The accuracy was(99.99±2.57)%(n=5); The RSD of day-to-day and within day were 0. 70% and 1.10%(n=4) ,respectively;Both glucose and fructose did not interfere with the determination of FDP; the 10% FDP solution for infusion had good stability in the tests at 40℃,60℃and in the strong light.These results indicate that this assay is highly accurate and specific and 10% FDP solution for infusion prepared by ourselves has both good stability and use value, so it is valuble to be developed.
