摘 要:本文采用两种不同剂量的细小病毒H-1(PVH-4)经腹腔内接种至成年健康仓鼠,动态观察其对实验动物各时相骨髓功能的影响。结果表明:两实验组与对照组相比,各时相骨髓增生程度无明显变化,均为增生增高,巨核细胞易见。骨髓细胞形态未见异常改变,PVH-1接种后第7天,两实验组骨髓粒细胞计数均呈轻度相对下降(P<0.05),红细胞计数相对增多(P<0.05)。至第14天后,细胞计数基本恢复。各组粒红比例范围十分接近。在统计学上,两实验组之间差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。H-1 has been shown to have inhibitory or killing effects on certeinmalignant cells.Before it is put into clinical use,it is important to investigate whether there are any severe side effects due to damage of in vivo vital organs caused bythe effect of PVH-1 on the bone marrow in the animal.PVH-1 were inoculated intotwo groups intraperi toneally in dosage of 5 ×10_6 pfu and 1×10_8 pfu, respectively. The results showed that there were no significant change of bone marrow,in bothgroups.How ever,at 7 day after inoculation,the granulocytes in the bone marrowwas slightly decreased,’but recovered rapidly. The result of this study demonstratedthat PVH-1 seems to give no obvious toxic effect(s)on bone marrow.
