摘 要:作者观察了采用结扎冠脉左前降支造成19只家兔急性心肌缺血实验模型,于不同时间段动态检测血清钾和镁含量变化,结果显示11只家兔在心肌缺血后最初80分钟内低血钾、其与对照值比较存在显著差异(P<0.001),其中2只家兔(10.5%)并发室性心动过速;此外,发现3只家兔血镁含量轻度降低。作者认为急性心肌缺血早期的低血钾可诱发室速、室颤,易导致猝死。低血钾的产生主要由于交感-儿茶酚胺系统紧张性增高所致。Abstract In this study we made an experimental model of acute myocardial ischemia causedby occlusion of anterior desending branch of left coronary artery in 19 rabbits, thecontents of potassuim ions(K ̄+) and magnesium ions(Mg ̄(++))in 140 minutes were mea-sured serially. The result showed that there was a hypopotassemia in 11 rabbits atfirst 80 minutes after acute myocardial ischemic attack. There was a great differencebetween acute myocardial ischemia and control value(P<0.001)and 2 of 11 rabbitswere complicated with ventricular tachycardia(10.5%). In addition, a slight hypo-magnesemia was observed in 3 rabbits. The authors consider that the hypopotassemia during early period Of acute myo-cardial ischemia may easily cause sudden death to the animal due to ventricular tachy-cardia and ventricular fibrillation. The hypopotassemia may be mainly caused by in-creased tone in sympathetic-catecholamine system.
