摘  要:观察 63例外科手术病人在不同麻醉诱导期间血浆 β-内啡肽、亮啡肽和去甲肾上腺素的变化 ,结果表明针刺麻醉诱导期血浆 β-内啡肽和亮啡肽含量增加 ,提示针刺可以增加机体内阿片肽释放 ,且在外周血液中也有所反映 ;全麻和硬膜外麻醉期间血浆β-内啡肽和亮啡肽有下降趋势 ,提示它们对机体内阿片肽释放有不同程度的抑制作用 ;针刺麻醉诱导期血浆去甲肾上腺素变化不明显 ,与全麻和硬麻组无明显差别 ,说明针刺麻醉期间机体植物神经系统稳定 。The content changes of β EP,LEK and NE in plasma were analysed before and 20 min after the induction period of acupuncture anesthesia (AA), general anesthesia (GA) and epidural anesthesia (PA),(AA in 39 cases,GA 11 cases and PA 13 cases).THe levels of β EP and LEK in AA were increascd (202±48 and 18±6 pg/ml),which was significantly different from that of GA ( 87±113 and 7±8 pg/ml) and that of PA (44±46 and 15±8 pg/ml).But the NE level in plasma was not ststistically different among the three groups.The above results showed the effects of various anesthctic methods on releasing of cndogcnous opioid peptides (EOP) in the body were different by.AA activates the pain modulating system and clevatcs the release of EOP,which was shown in blood. AA regulated and kept the rclativc stability of vcgctativc nervous system,and the rclcase of EOP was not induced by stress during AA induction period.
