艾灸延缓衰老的临床观察

摘　　要：对200例老年男性,用隔药饼灸。观察艾灸的临床效果及艾灸前后 NK 细胞活性和 T 细胞亚群的变化。结果表明,上述各项在艾灸前后有明显差异,提示艾灸能提高机体的抵抗力和免疫功能,改善肾虚,延缓衰老。Using caked moxibustion,we observed changes of clinical signs,activity of NK cells and subsets of T lymphocytes from 200 cas- es of aging males whose average age were 69.The moxibustion cakes were composed of Chinese herbs that invigorating kidney and nourishing essence of life.The Chinese herb powder were caked with 80% alcohol. The points were divided into two groups: (1)CV17,CV12,CV18,CV4,ST36,and(2) GV14, BL20, BL23.Our results indicated that the efficiency of the treatment was 87%.The clinical signs of the aging males were markedly improved,and the activity of NK cells,the subsets of T lymphoeytes and the CD_4/CD_8 rates were significantly in- creased(P<0.05)after the caked moxibus- tion treatment.We suggested that moxibus- tion treatment could improve immune func- tion of human body and deficiency of kidney and delay progress of aging.
