摘　　要：为了进一步验证针刺对病态窦房结综合征的治疗作用。用甲醛液外敷兔窦结区法建立了慢性病窦模型,并观测了针刺对心率、窦房结恢复时间、窦房时间和窦房结有效不应期的作用。结果表明,针刺特定组穴可增加心率,改善病窦模型的电生理指标。In order to further test and verify thd effect of acupuncture on SSS, the authors established the chronic exprimental SSS models by external appying rabbits' sinoa- trial node with Formalin, and observated the influence of acupuncture (needling 'Neiiguang (pc. 6)', 'Renzhong (Du. 26)', etc) on the rabbits' heart rate, sina- trial node recovery time (SNRT), sinoatrial conduction time (SALT) and sinoatrial ef- fective rest period (SNERP). The results proved, acupuncture could obviously in- crease heart rate, improve above electro- physiological targets. The authors dis- cussed the stability of chronic SSS model, and the characteristics of acupuncture ef- feet.
