眼镜蛇毒注射液对动物心血管系统、神经系统及呼吸系统影响的研究

摘　　要：本文报告眼镜蛇毒注射液对动物的神经系统无不良影响；不影响猫、大鼠的血压：注射三种剂量后对家兔、猫、大鼠三种动物的心电图波形不产生影响，可使心律稍有降低，但在２．５小时后恢复正常；眼镜蛇毒注射液低剂量组对动物呼吸频率无不良影响，中高剂量组可使呼吸频率稍有下降．但在２．５小时后恢复正常，对家兔呼吸深度的影响只在高剂量组出现，２．５小时后恢复正常。实验结果提示，蛇毒注射液用药是安全的。Results of the investigation:Naja naja atra cobra venom injection did not produce any unfavourable effects on the nervous system of the animals :did not affect the blood pressure of the cats and rats;did not produce any changes in EKG of the rabbits,cats and rats which ceceived three different doses,although there was some slowing of the heart rate which recovered after 2.5hours;low dose cobra venom injection had no unfavourable effects on the respiratory rate,and although medium dose could cause some slowing of the respiratory rate,the latter returned to normal after 2.5 hours.Changes in the depth of respiralion of the rabbits appeared only after receiving high dose injection.and such changes returned to normal after 2.5 hours.The results show that Naja naja atra cobra venom injection is safe for therapeutic use.
