不同时辰电针大鼠“足三里”对交叉上核VIP免疫反应性影响

摘　　要：免疫细胞化学结合图像分析研究表明，不同时辰电针大鼠“足三里”对交叉上核血管活性肠肽（ＶＩＰ）免疫反应性的影响效应不同。在白天光照条件下针刺，交叉上核中ＶＩＰ免疫反应性显著增加；而于无光照夜间针刺，交叉上核中ＶＩＰ免疫反应性呈现下降趋势。这种不同时辰针刺对交叉上核ＶＩＰ影响的效应不同与交叉上核内ＶＩＰ含量的变化有着密切关系。本研究结果提示不同时辰针刺“足三里”对机体神经内分泌活动产生不同影响。The influence of electro-acupuncturing 'Zusanli' at different times of the day-light cycle on the vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) immunoreaCtivity of the suprachiasmatic nucleus (Scb) was detected by using immunocytochemistry combined with computed image analysis. When the acupuncture was performed at 11:00 and 17:00 in the day time, the VIP immunoreactivity in Sch rised significantly as compared with that of the control group. However, the VIP immunoreactivity in Sch of experimental rats showed the tendency to decrease when the acupuncture was done at 23:00 in the dark phase. The different results showed very close relationship with the diurnal variation of VIP in Sch. These findings suggest that acupuncture at different times may play different roles in the regulation of the neurocndocrine activity.
