摘　　要：山杏仁具有较高的营养价值，经脱苦处理后可用于生产多种食品．杏仁食品加工必先将杏仁的种皮脱去．本文阐述了杏仁机械脱皮的原理和杏仁脱皮机的结构，并在试验基础上分析了不同机器参数对杏仁脱皮效果的影响与使用杏仁脱皮机的经济效益．Siberian apricot seed-kernel (after debittering) could be used to Produce manykinds of food due to he high nutritional value. However, the kernel membrane must be removed before processing and manufacturing. Principles related to the theory of automaticpeeling and the structure of the peeler are expounded on in this article. The effects of different machine parameters on the efficiency of the peeleras well as the economic benefits ofusing the automatic peeler were also analyzed on the bases of experiment.
