国产和日本产柱晶白霉素与其它常用抗生素的体外抗菌活性比较

摘　　要：用试管双倍稀释法测定国产与日本产柱晶白霉素对104株革蓝氏阳性球菌的体外抗菌活性并与9种常用抗生素进行比较。结果表明:国产和日本产柱晶白霉素对革蓝氏阳性球菌的抑菌率基本一致。国产柱晶白霉素的抑菌、杀菌作用强于红霉素;略优于氯霉素和四环素;与青霉素G、庆大霉素基本相似,但不及氨苄青霉素、苯唑青霉素、丁胺卡那霉素及强力霉素。By serial broth dilution technique, the in vitro antibacterial activity of home-made leucomycin, Japan-made leucomycin and other 9 commonly used antibiotics against 104 strains Gram-positive cocci were tested.The rosults showed that either home-made or Japan-made leucomycin was similar inhibitive rate against Gram-po sitive cocci, being 56.7% and 51.9% (P0.05) at a concentration of 12μg/ml, respe-ctively,and have the same antibacterial activity against 68 strains S.aureus.The homemade leucomycin in comparison with erythromycin had comparatively strong or antibacterial activity against S. aureus especially to the resistant strains of S. aureus. As to the resistant strains of S. aureus to erythromycin and tetracycline,the susceptibility rates of home-made leucomycin were 54.5%(30/50)and 48.4%(15/31), respectively. The susceptibility of 104 strains of 6 species of Gran-positive cocci were tested aga inst 9 commonly used antibiotics, Among others, ampicillin, amikacin, ox-acillin and doxycycline were highly active and sligntly better or equal to that of home-made leucomycin, penicillin G, chloramphenicol, gentamicin and tetracycline.
