摘　　要：将大鼠β乳酪蛋白的调控序列克隆于ｐＧＥＭ－４Ｚ，用ＳＰ６、Ｔ７正反向引物进行序列分析，证实其正确之后将该调控序列克隆于真核表达载体ｐＳＶＬ中，构建成功了乳腺定位表达载体。同时在其下游插入了荧光素酶报道基因，用于在乳腺细胞表达调控的研究。On basis of identification of rat β-Casein regulatory regions by sequence analysis,rat β-Casein promoter was cloned into eukaryotic expression vector PSVL.And then,mammarygland-specific expression vector pSVL-β-Casein was constructed sucessfully. After that,a luciferase reporter gene was cloned into the downstream of rat β-Casein promoter for the next use in gene regulation studies.
