摘  要:观察了表皮生长因子(EGF),生长抑素(SS)对体外培养的人早孕绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)分泌及hCGβ-mRNA含量的影响。发现EGF可明显刺激绒毛分泌hCG,显著增加hCGβ-mRNA含量,生长抑素虽然对绒毛hCG分泌及hCG β-mRNA含量无明显影响,但可抑制EGF,GnRH刺激的hCG分泌及hCGβ-mRNA水平。提示EGF,SS在妊娠早期参与了hCG分泌的调节。Human chorionic gonadotrphin (hCG) is the hormone primarily responsible for maintenance of corpus lutem in early pregnancy. Recently,human placenta has been demonstrated an important source of various neurohormones, growth factors and cytokines. Many evidences showed that the placenta produced the somatostatin (SS) and epidermal growth factor(EGF). In our studies, by using tissue culture and Northern blotting techniques,the effect of SS and EGF on hCG secretion and hCGβ-mRNA expression in human early placenta in vitro was investigated.hCG secretion and hCGβ-mRNA expression could be increased by EGF (50ng/ml) or GnRH (10mol/L) significantly. Compared with the control, hCGβ-mRNA level increased more than 1. 56 or 2. 51 times (P<0. 01) . SS (1000ng/ml) has no effect on hCG basal secretion and hCGβ-mRNA level ,however,it can suppress the effect of EGF or GnRH-stimulated hCG secretion and hCGβ-mRNA expression. This indicates that SS,and EGF may play a role in hCG secretion and hCGβ-mRNA expression in early pregnancy.
