摘　　要：介绍了一个用多媒体微机对蛋白质双向电泳图谱进行分析处理的系统，并给出用该系统分析小麦Ｔ型细胞质雄性不育系及其保持系蛋白组分比较研究的结果。Two dimensional gel electrophoresis patterns may reveal several hundreds of proteins that are difficult to analyse manually. Here a two-dimensional electrophoresis analysis system with the application of a multimedia personal computer is introduced. Comparing T-cytoplasmic mail sterile line(CMS)of wheat with its maintainer.we found several distinct proteins in the former,some of them had not been discovered with naked eyes.
