摘  要:大量电镜和光镜观察发现,雄虻复眼背前区光感受器视细胞中视小杯是沿其长轴扭曲的。用LSM—10型共聚焦激光扫描显微镜系统定量测量了虻复眼视网膜细胞感杆的扭曲角度。视感杆扭曲程度,感杆分为三段:在近心和远心段感杆轻微扭曲或不扭曲,扭曲曲线斜率为0.25°/μm;中段感杆扭曲明显,扭曲斜率为1.5°/μm。小眼中视细胞R2和R3的视小杆扭曲万向一致,R1,4,5,6,7视小杆扭曲方向一致,并和R2,3相反。R2,3和R4,5感杆扭曲成镜面对称。探讨了虻复眼感杆扭曲规律及其与性特化和偏振光的关系,并与其他类型昆虫的感杆扭曲现象作了比较。The ultra-thin cross sections and semi-thin cross sections in dorsal and ventral regions of the compund eye in the horsefly were examined using elcctro and light microscopy. We have found that twisting of the whole ommatidium along its longitudinal axis is a special feature in the dorsal region of the horsefly's compound eye. The twisting angle of rhabdomeas were measured by LSM-10 Confocal Laser Scan microscope.The twisting of the rhabdomeres of the peripheral visual cells are discontinuous. They comprise three regions varied in direction and degree of the twist. In the proximal and distal regions the twist is a lithe(e.g., 0.25°/μm)or none, In the middle region the twist rate is high (about 1.50°/μm). The twisting direction of the rhabdomeres of R2, R3 is congruent and codirectional, and is opposite to that of R1, 4, 5, 6,7. The twistS in cells R2 and R3 of each ommatidium are the mirror image with those in the cells R4 and R5.
