摘 要:精细胞是男性遗传物质代代相传的唯一联系,了解微波辐射对生精细胞遗传物质的影响,将有益于微波的应用和防护。本实验应用2450MH:微波局部照射BALB/c小鼠睾丸,在睾九内温度达41±0.5℃后维持15分钟。对动物分别照射1或3次,于东次照射后二个月观察精子单倍染色体。结果显示,精子染色体的改变主要为非整倍体的增加,但和对照间无显著性差异(P>0.05).该结果说明,一定剂量的微波照射,对生殖细胞的遗传物质无显著的远后效应。The effect of microwave (MW) radiation on sperm chromosome is very important for the use of MW radiation and the issues of protection. In this study, BALB/C mouse testes were irradiated locally by 2. 45 GH3 MW 1 or 3 times, separately; the inside temperature of testes were kept at 42.0℃ for 15 minutes.The chromosomes of sperms were measured 2 months after the exposure of mice testes of MW. The main change of sperm chromosome was the increase of aneuploid, but it was not significantly different from that of the control group (P>0. 05). The result revealed that MW radiation at a certain dose rate might have no long-term effect on the hereditary materials of sperm.
