米非司酮终止早孕妇女血浆及绒毛中内皮素－1的测定

摘　　要：本文测定了２４例应用来非司酮及２２例应用人工流产两种方式终止早孕妇女的血浆及绒毛内皮素－１含量。结果两组间血浆与绒毛内皮素－１水平均无差异，二者不相关。表明米非司酮药物流产不影响全身或局部内皮素－１的水平；推测绒毛组织中含有的内皮素－１，对胚胎的生长发育有一定影响。Plasma and chorial endothelin - 1 levels were measured in 24 women with mifepriston and misoprostol and 22 cases with artificial abortion for termination of early pregnancy. The results showed that the levels of plasma and chorial endothelin - 1 had no differences between two groups. There were no significant correlations between plasma and chorial endothelin - 1 levels in each group (P>0. 05). They didn't influence the release of local or general endothelin - 1 when mifepristone and misoprostol were used. And the chorial endothelin - 1 had some effects on fetus development.
