摘  要:本文通过肌肉收缩记录方法和放射免疫技术研究米非司酮对4天假孕兔输卵管、子宫平滑肌收缩及前列腺素含量影响。结果:米非司酮能干扰输卵管平滑肌自发收缩,收缩频率明显增加,收缩张力及振幅却无明显变化;输卵管对前列腺素E衍生物磺前列酮的敏感性提高,而对去甲肾上腺素的敏感性降低;输卵管组织前列腺素F2α含量下降,使PGE/PGF比值上升;但对子宫平滑肌收缩及组织内前列腺素E与F比值无明显影响。以上现象提示米非司酮可能通过改变体内雌、孕激素平衡及前列腺素E、F平衡等多种途径对输卵管平滑肌活动产生综合性作用。The effect of Mifepristone on oviductal and uterine contractilities and their PGs contents wasobserved by using isolated muscular contractile recorder and radioimmunoassay technique.The results showed that Mifepristone could interfer the oviductal smooth muscular contractility,it increased the contractile frequency (P<0.05),but not the contractile tension. It enhenced also thesensitivity of smooth muscle to PGE derivative-sulprostone,but reduced the sensitivity of thesmooth muscle to norepinephrine(NE). Mifepristone reduced the oviductal PGF2α content significantly (P<0.05),it caused the ratio of PG E/F to rise (P<0.001);However,Mifepristone didnot obviously influence the uterine smooth muscular contractility and the ratio of PG E/F.The results suggested that Mifepristone may influence the oviductal muscular function through variousroutes to give a comprehensive action.
