摘 要:在压裂酸化作业中,压入地层的酸液或压裂液.返排是否及时彻底是影响施工效果和油气增产的一个重要因素。在压裂酸化液中加人CT5-4压裂酸化工艺助排剂,产生极低的表面张力和增大接触角,从而降低毛细管阻力,是促进残液及时彻底返排的有效途径。本文综述了17口井现场应用情况,结果表明,CT5-4的加入,促进了残液的返排,返排率达100%,减轻了因液体滞留地层造成的伤害和污染.缩短了压裂酸化排液周期,提高了试油时效,降低了试油成本,提高了酸化增产效果。Whether the back-flow of the acid or fracturing fluid Squeezed into the formation isin time and thorough is an important factor that influences the effectivenas of the acidtring and frscturing operation. Adding CT5-4 hack-flow aiding additive to fracturing and acidizing fluids may require a very low surface tension and enhance the contact angle,thus results in reduction of capillare resistance. It is an effective way to promote the timely and thorough hack-flow of the tedual fluids.This paper summarizes the application of CT5-4 in 17 gas wells of swouthwestern Sichuan. The resultshows that the back-now efficiency is up tO 100%,thus can reduce the damage and contamination tothe formation caused by hold-up of nuids,shorten the Period of back-flow in fracturing and acidingoperation,increase gas production and lower operation cost.
