组合填料密封压电测量与密封性能试验研究

摘　　要：根据压电测量的基本原理。制作了压电薄膜传感器，对装配条件下三种填料１５种组合形式的轴向压力和侧向压力的分布进行了测试，在此基础上，对动态条件下的密封性能进行了试验研究，通过对不同组合形式进行分析、比较，找出了影响组合填料密封性能的一般规律，提出了组装填料的匹配原则。The axial and lateral pressure distributions 15 types combined from threekinds of packings are measured based on the principle of piezoelectric measurement by usingthe piezoelectric thin.film transdusers. The sealing performance was experimentallyinvestigated on the basis of piezoelectric measurement. The effecting laws on the sealingproperty of combined packing and combination principle of packing are presented.
