摘　　要：通过小铁研试验和热模拟试验，对８ｍｍ厚９Ｃｒ－１Ｍｏ钢的焊接预热温度问题进行了试验研究，发现不预热焊接时并没有产生冷裂纹，指明了国内外标准中对９Ｃｒ－１Ｍｏ钢焊前预热温度规定有一定的局限性，并通过计算绘制了不同线能量和板厚对应的预热温度曲线。The effects of preheat temperature on the weldability of 9Cr-1Mo steel platewith 8mm thickness were studied by the use of slit type cracking test and thermal simulationtest. The result showed that no cold cracks occured on the plate without preheating.Thepresent standard for prcheat temperature at home and abroad is somewhat limited.The relationcurves between plate thickness and preheat temperature with various heat input were given.The important bases for making welding procedure of this steel were offered.
