摘　　要：阐明了液压防喷器胶心的原有技术水平和组织联合攻关的必要性及攻关目标。论述了胶心与钻具之间的密封机理、胶心密封压力和变形量的计算与主要参数的取值范围，以及胶心的制造技术等研究成果，指出胶心主要性能指标超过了ＡＰＩ１６Ａ规定的要求，达到国际先进水平，使国产防喷器提高到了７０ＭＰａ承压等级。The authors describe the sealing mechanism of ram rubber on hydraulic BOPs,the calculation of its sealing pressure and deformation rate arid the selecting ranges of its main parameters, introduce the technique for manufacturing the ram rubber.and point out that the main performance indexes of the ram rubber developed for 70MPa hydraulic BOPs are higher than that required by API 16A.
