摘　　要：从原油生产的全过程入手分析输差的各种因素,同时叙述了原油输差与"稳油控水"和油田开发的关系,进而提高生产管理人员对合理控制输差的认识。The paper analyses factors originating measurement shoutage from all course crude oil production, at the same time,narrates connections of crude oil measurement shoutage and 'Stable Oil Production and Controll Water Cut' and oilfield development, and then deepen one's under-standing to rational control shoutage for production management personnel.
