摘　　要：应用ＸＲＤ、ＩＲ、ＥＰＭＡ等测试方法对所合成的杂原子分子筛进行了结构表征，均表明杂原子进入了分子筛骨架位，运用吡啶吸附的红外光谱、ＮＨ＿３吸附的ＴＰＤ及ＮＨ＿３吸附的ＴＧ－ＤＴＡ分析研究了含Ｓｉ、Ａｌ、Ｆｅ、Ｖ、Ｔｉ的杂原子ＺＳＭ－５的酸性，酸性顺序为：Ａｌ＞Ｆｅ＞Ｖ≥Ｔｉ＞Ｓｉ。ＴＧ－ＤＴＡ测定表明，杂原子分子筛的热稳定性良好。The structure and properties of heteroatom-containing zeolites have been investigated withXRD,IR,EPMA and TG-DTA.Results show that the heteroatom enters the site of the frame-work of the zeolites and has good thermal stability higher. The acidity of the heteroatom-contain-ing(Si,Al,Fe,V and Ti)ZSM-5 zeolite is studied using pyridine-adsorped IR spectra,NH_3-adsor-ped TPD and TG-DTA technique,and is found to have the order of Al>Fe>V≥Ti>Si.
