摘 要:考察了杂原子(A1、Ti、V、Fe)分子筛上乙苯氧化脱氢的初活性及稳定活性。结果表明,乙苯氧化脱氢活性与分子筛中存在的杂原产种类有关,而与分子筛的酸性没有规律性联系。含Ti、v、Fe的分子筛均表现了氧化脱氢活性,但V、Ti深度氧化严重,只有含Fe的样品才有高的氧化脱氢活性。此外,分子筛的粒度、孔道结构和比表面积对乙苯分子的内扩散阻力及反应的活化能均有影响,进而影响反应活性。The initial and stable activity of oxydehydrogenation of ethylbenzene on heteroatom-contain-ing Al,Ti,V,Fe zeolites was investigated. Results showed that the catalytic activity for oxydehy-drogenation of ethylbenzene was related to the nature of the heteroatom,but did not correspondwith the acidity of zeolites. In the oxydehydrogenation of ethylbenzene,the highest activity is ob-served in the case of Fe-ZSM-5.Zeolites containing Ti or V also showed some activity,but a num-ber of deep oxidation products were produced.In addition ,the size of crystal grain and structure ofaperture had influence on the diffusion of ethylbenzene and reaction activation energy , with ulti-mate influence on reaction activity.
