板壳式波面换热器的开发及应用

摘　　要：笔者在开发新型喷淋式波面冷却器的基础上，又进一步开发出板壳式波面换热器。本文介绍了这种换热器的试验研究、工业应用以及对比评价。实践表明，该换热器与使用中的类似工况列管换热器比较，其传热系数提高７２％以上，重量减轻一半，体积缩小近２／３。This article introduces the experimental studies of the shell and wavedplate heat exchanger and its application in industry. The compamsion with the tubularheat exchanger of the similarly situated, the data of tlie shell and waved plate heaterchanger show that heat transfer coefficient increased over 72%,weight reduced byone half, volumg reduced nearly 2/3.
