摘 要:从碟形弹簧的实际结构和工作方式出发,将其简化为具有初始曲率、大挠度薄板弯曲模型,得到了新的设计计算解析解。此解析解表达形式简单,实用方便,比近似解的精度高,适应范围广,所描述的载荷位移特性曲线与试验实测曲线吻合良好,对石油钻采设备用低速重载碟形弹簧的设计具有满意的工程实用精度。还进一步分析和研究了碟形弹簧的变形能、刚度、临界高厚比、自振频率等基本特性参数及工作应力的分布特征。On the basis of the structure and working mode of the disk spring, the author simplifies the spring as a bending thin plate model of large deflection with initial curvature,and obtains a new analytic solution for designing the spring. It is simple in form, convenient to apply, and has higher accuracy and wider application than the approximate solution,and the load displacement characteristic curve described by the solution accords with the measured curve, therefore it is satisfactory for designing low-speed heavy-duty disk springs for dulling and production equipment. In addition, the author makes an investigation in the deformation energy, rigidity,critical height-thickness ratio,self-vibration frequency and the distribution pattern of the working stress of the spring.
