摘　　要：液压球形防喷器胶心失效的形式有球形胶心难以回弹复位、橡胶撕裂与脱落和骨架疲劳砍断等三种，失效原因主要是球形胶心在工作过程中橡胶老化、橡胶承受压缩与剪切作用产生裂纹和骨架上板块在封井状态下发生弯曲变形等。提高球形胶心使用寿命的措施一是改进橡胶配方和提高橡胶硬度，二是优化骨架结构。实践表明，采用上述改进措施后，国产球形胶心已达到或超过ＡＰＩ规定的性能指标。The patterns of the failure of the rubber sealing element in hydrsulic spherical BOPs include the elastic sealing elementbeing difficult to return to its original condition,cracking and falling off of the rubber and fatigue fracture of the reinforcingsegments, and the causes of the failure include the ageing and cracking of the rubber and the bending deformation of theupper Plate of the reinforcing segments. Measures for increasing the service life of the spherical rubber sealing element areimproving the formulation of the rubber and increasing its hardness and optimizing the structure of the reinforcing segments.
