摘  要:为提高整筒管式抽油泵环隙漏失量的计算精度,针对柱塞与泵筒偏心及泵工作时环隙里倒喇叭状的实际情况,提出了计算整简管式抽油泵环隙漏失量的心渐缩环隙模型,并根据流体力学理论,导出了该模型的动、静态环隙漏失量计算公式。实例计算结果表明,柱塞偏心度对环隙漏失量的影响随泵径和果挂深度的增加而减小,且泵挂深度越小、泵径越大,减小幅度越大。To improve the calculating accuracy of annular clearance leakage of a subsurface tubing pump, in consideration of the offset of the plunger from the barrel and the annular clearance taking a shape of an inverted horn, a model for calculating the offset gradually-reducing annular clearance of the subsurface tubing pump is presented, and equations for calculating the dynamic and static annular clearance leakage are worked out according to the theory of fluid mechanics.The result of thecalculation of an example shows that the influence of the eccentricity of the plunger on the annular clearance leakage lessens with the increase of the pump diameter and the setting depth of the pump.
