摘  要:本文提出了一个新的催化裂化干气氢烃分离工艺流程─膜分离与深冷分离联合的工艺流程。该工艺利用膜分离法回收干气中绝大部分的氢气,使干气中其余组分得以富集,可提高脱甲烷塔塔顶气的露点,降低脱甲烷塔的能耗和乙烯损失;所得富氢可直接作为加氢原料气。本文给出了膜分离单元工艺流程,并举例测算了膜分离单元的工艺数据。A novel membrane-cryogenic integrated process has been proposed to separate hydrogen and hydrocarbon from catalytic cracking dry gas. In this hybrid process, most of the hydrogen in the dry gas is recovered with the membrane separation. The tail gas from the membrane separation unit is considerably more concentrated in hydrocarbons. This facilitates further separation of the hydrocarbons by cryogenic operation. The gas permeated through the membrane is a hydrogen-enriched stream which can be used as feed for hydrogenation. A two-stage membrane configuration was used in a simulation example to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed hybrid process.
