摘 要:研究了由二聚催化剂Ti(OBu)4/AlEt4和共聚催化剂(Cp2ZrCl2/MAO或Et(Ind)2ZrCl2/MAO)组成的双功能均相催化体系。这些催化体系能二聚乙烯,并同时使生成的1-丁烯与乙烯就地共聚,可以直接合成线型低密度聚乙烯。对二聚催化剂与共聚催化剂的相容性进行了讨论。共聚物的性能可通过对预二聚时间、Ti(OBu)4和金属茂浓度变化进行控制。结果表明,利用双功能均相催化体系可方便地获得相对密度为0.92~0.94、组成分布窄的线型低密度聚乙烯。Several homogeneous bifunctional catalytic systems for the synthesis of the linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) from a single monomer source were developed, which consisted of a dimerization catalyst Ti(OBu)4/AlEt3 and a copolymerization catalyst, either Cp2zrCl2/MAO or Et(Ind)2ZrCl2/MAO. These systems can not only dimerize ethylene but also simultaneously copolymerize ethylene with the in-situ formed dimer, 1-butylene, to directly produce LLDPE. The compatibility of the dimerization and copolymerization catalysts were discussed. The properties of the copolymers can be controlled by the predimerization time and the concentrations of Ti (OBu)4 and the metallocene. The results showed that LLDPE with a density of 0. 92~0. 94 and a narrow composition distribution can be easily produced by the bifunctional catalytic systems
