摘　　要：报道了一种应用热管氧化试验装置评价CC级机油清净性的试验方法。实验结果表明,在最佳试验条件下,CC级机油的评价等级与1-H2 caterpmar发动机台架试验的WTD值有很好的相关性。该方法具有重复性好、快速、经济、操作简便、试油用量少等特点,有良好的应用前景。A heat-tube oxidation apparatus and the method of using it to evaluate the detergency of the CC grade engine oil are presented in this paper. The evaluation results of heattube oxidation tests at optimum test conditions for the detergency of CC grade engine oil cor- relate well with the WTD value of 1-H2 engine test. This method is fast, economical, simple and convenient to use, requiring small amount of oil samples with good repeatability. It has a good prospect for extensive use.
