优质螺纹VAM系列新家族──TM接头

摘　　要：在高温、高压的油气井中，使用VAM优质螺纹接头取得了较好的效果，但由于中国各油田情况不同，原来的各种优质螺纹已不能满足要求。日本住友公司根据具体情况，并听取了中国专家的意见，在多年积累的生产VAM系列优质螺纹的基础上，中日合作开发了“TM优质螺纹接头”。TM接头具有高的密封性能、防粘扣性能和较高的抗过扭矩性能，上扣扭矩范围宽，接头加工、修理简便，有优越的可操作性和经济性，经评价试验和现场试验都证明了TM接头具有良好的性能。Good results have been obtained by using VAM tubing in high temperature and high pressure oil/gas wells. Because of different conditions of each oilfield in china,the orighal tubing joint cannot meet the needs of oilfield production. According to the above-mentioned facts and proposal of Chinese experts. Japan and China develop jointly TM thread joint. It has advantages such as good sealing property and prevent thread gluing property, high overtorque-resistance, wide torque wrench moment range,easy to process and repair, and favourable operation and economy. Indoor evaluation test and field test results show that TM joint has a good property.
