摘 要:为适应国家“七五”重点科技攻关项目的需要和进一步完善钻井工艺技术研究手段,中原油田1988年建成一口全尺寸科学实验井。主井简φ244.5mm套管下深1006.45m,两根φ60.3mm旁通交管分别在516.81m和924.70m与主井筒相通;副并筒φ339.7mm套管下深143.97m;1号气包井可存贮50~70MPa压缩气体0.24m3;2号气包井可存贮20MPa压缩气体6m3。气包井分别与主井筒的旁通支管相连,压缩气体可视为地层流体,以人工模拟溢流、井涌和井喷等试验。为此,实验井除配备有全套动力、提升设备外,还有全套的井控装备、循环设备、气密封试压装置等,并建有数据采集和处理分析室。本文还介绍了实验井已开展的实验研究工作和尚待开发的其它功能。To meet the requirmehts ln developing the key scientlfic technology duringthe 'Seventh -Five - Year-Plan',and improve the researching medium in drilling technolo-gy, a full - size scientific experimental well had been completed in 1988 in Zhongyuan oilfield. A φ244. 5mm casing in the main wellbore was run down to the depth of 1006. 45m,twoφ60. 3mm side tubes were connected with the main wellbore at 516. 81m and 924. 70m re-spectively. A φ 339. 7 mm casing was run down to 143. 97m in the slab hole. The NO. 1 gasstorage well could hold 0. 24m3 compressed gas with 50- 70MPa,while the NO. 2 well couldhold 6m3 with 20MPa. Both of the storage well were connected to the main wellbore with thesidetubes, thus the compressed gas could be considered as formation fluid. Therefore over-flow,well kick and blowout could be simulated artificially. The experimental well has been e-quiped with a full set of power supply, hoisting equipment, as well as the well control e-quipement, circulation system,gas seal pressure testing units,and data collecting and process-ing laboratory. The article recommended some researching which have been carried out in theexperimental well,and some other functions need to be developed.
