摘　　要：根据室内全尺寸钻头台架变参数试验建立钻速模型。通过大量的地质资料统计分析建立层位界面随大地坐标变化趋势方程，在岩石可钻性预测模式中引入地层因素。再根据现场实钻资料的统计分析对模型进行修正，最后建立起通用钻速预测方程。In the basis of parameters alternatedin full-scale bit testing floor,a drilling speed modelwas built. After statistical analysis of a great number of geological im formation, the rock drillabilityand other formation factors were included in themodel. According to statistical analysis of drillingdata from 10474 wells and location data from 4254wells, a set of modifying factors were obtained, sothat building of a general drilling speed formula hasbeen completed in Shengli Oilfield.
