摘　　要：介绍了绥中３６－１油田Ｂ平台丛式井组１６口井的总体设计与施工情况，总结了其中７口井修改设计、４口井调整槽口、３口井定向统障作业的成功经验，探讨了井网布置、井身结构设计、浅层造斜、套管强磁干扰下定向、钻具组合以及钻井工程质量管理等方面的问题及措施。The paper presents the well planning and drilling operation of sixteen cluster wells on BPlatform,36-1 Suizhong Oilfield, including the experiences of modification of seven wells'planning,adjustment of four wells' table location and operation of three wells' directional diffraction drilling.The related aspects, including well pattern, well program, kick off at low and soft formation, orientation at strong magnetic casing section, downhole assembly and drilling engineering quality management, are discussed.
