摘　　要：本文就单辊简干燥机于燥苦荞麦片的机理进行了探讨,并确定了干燥速率、料膜厚度、湿物料含水量、干燥时间、蒸汽压力、料液粘度和进料温度等有关参数。Principle to dry the india buckwheat groots by single roller steam dryer was studied. The parameters of the drying rate, film thickness, water contents in the material, drying time and the steam pressure, material glutinousness and the temperature of the import material were defined.
