摘　　要：在30侧成人下肢标本上观察了股内下部皮瓣的血供来源。对发自股动脉的缝匠肌外缘下皮动脉,缝匠肌内缘下皮动脉和发自膝降动脉的外侧皮支,内侧皮支的外径,分布等作了观测。On 30 sides of lower limbs ofadult cadavers,the vessels of themedial-inferior thigh flap were obse-rved.There are four cutaneous arte-ries within the flap,which usuallycome from the femoral or the desce-nding genicular artery,viz,the cut-aneous artery emerging from the inf-ferolateral border of sartorius,thecutaneous artery emerging from theinferior medial border of sartorius,the lateral cutaneous branch of thedescending genicular artery and themedial cutaneous branch of descendinggenicular artery.The applied anatomyof the flap is described.
